Cooking Classes

Eight week cooking course with Chef Regan.  Learn lots!  You'll cook, eat, and drink wine.  Not to mention wine education along with the drinking of it, taught by Anna Regan, level 3 sommelier.  Classes fill up fast, hosted at Elizabeth from 2-4pm on Sundays.  Dates are as follows:

9/15: Building a pantry

9/22: Proteins and Sauce

9/29: Sourdough

10/6: Pasta

10/13: Laminated Dough

10/20: Ramen

10/27: Dumplings

11/3: Ice Cream and Canele
