Cooking Classes

Eight week cooking course with Chef Regan.  Learn lots!  You'll cook, eat, and drink wine.  Not to mention wine education along with the drinking of it, taught by Anna Regan, level 3 sommelier.  Classes fill up fast, hosted at Elizabeth from 2-4pm on Sundays.  Dates are as follows:

2/3: building a pantry/old world vs new world
 2/10: proteins & sauces/congruent and complimentary pairing
 2/17: sourdough/yeast in winemaking
2/24: pasta/Italian Wine
 3/10: emulsified dough/bubbles
 3/17: ramen/sake
 3/24: dumplings/southern hemisphere
 3/31: dessert/after dinner beverages
